The WebMCP Validator, AgentSEO™ diagnostic engine, `webmcp.js` telemetry SDK, and all associated services, APIs, and verification certificates are owned, published, and operated exclusively by 5tra83r Studios, LLC, a duly organized limited liability company doing business as "5tra83r Studios".

Statutory Limited Liability Shield: All contractual agreements, software licenses, warranties, disclaimers, and commercial transactions are entered into strictly by and between the customer and 5tra83r Studios, LLC. In accordance with statutory limited liability company law, no individual member, manager, officer, employee, or agent of 5tra83r Studios, LLC shall have any personal liability for any debts, obligations, damages, or liabilities of the company.

All software, source code, visual interfaces, documentation, algorithms, scoring heuristics, and materials comprising the WebMCP Validator & Agent Analytics Suite are the exclusive intellectual property and copyrighted works of 5tra83r Studios, LLC.

Unauthorized duplication, reverse engineering, redistribution, scraping, or commercial exploitation of the proprietary inspection and scoring algorithms without explicit written authorization from 5tra83r Studios, LLC is strictly prohibited under international copyright conventions and U.S. copyright law (Title 17, U.S. Code).

5tra83r Studios, LLC adheres to a strict privacy-first, zero-retention, and zero-trust security architecture:

• Zero-Retention / RAM-Only Payload Isolation: All website audits executed through the WebMCP Validator run within isolated, ephemeral Chromium process contexts. Customer website HTML, DOM trees, tool invocation ASTs, and script bodies execute strictly in volatile memory (RAM) and are permanently purged upon audit completion. Zero customer DOM snapshots, source code, or payloads are ever written to non-volatile disk storage.
• Strict SSRF & Private Network Boundary Protection: Outbound audit requests enforce strict pre-flight URL protocol validation and zero-cache DNS resolution. Requests targeting private IP subnets (RFC 1918: 10.0.0.0/8, 172.16.0.0/12, 192.168.0.0/16), loopbacks (127.0.0.0/8, ::1), link-local, carrier-grade NAT, or cloud metadata services (169.254.169.254) are immediately blocked. In-flight sub-resource fetches and redirects are intercepted and aborted at the Playwright network barrier.
• Sub-50ms Reflex Threat Neutralization: Incoming agent payloads and DOM interaction targets are continuously screened by our System 1 reflex engine (powered by TypeSafe AI Jev V13) in under 50ms, mitigating OWASP LLM01 (Prompt Injection) threats, parameter tampering, and rogue DOM instructions before action execution.
• Agent-to-Agent (A2A) Commerce Protocol Security: Programmatic machine commerce transactions conform to Google AP2 and x402 specifications. All machine checkouts enforce user-delegated spending ceilings, nonces, and cryptographic mandate verification. Every completed settlement produces an HMAC-SHA256 digital signature receipt guaranteeing immutable proof of authorization and non-repudiation.
• Zero External Telemetry Sale: Audit metrics, diagnostic scores, and telemetry data are never sold, rented, transferred, or transmitted to third-party data brokers or advertising networks.
• Client-Side Telemetry (`webmcp.js`): When embedded on client storefronts, telemetry beacons stream metrics directly to your private customer endpoint (/api/analytics/collect) to measure autonomous bot conversion rates. All payload arguments, form inputs, and potential PII (Personally Identifiable Information) are stripped client-side prior to transmission.

WebMCP (Web Model Context Protocol) is an open proposed standard incubated by the W3C Web Machine Learning Community Group (WebML-CG) and subject to ongoing origin trials in modern Chromium-based browsers.

While 5tra83r Studios, LLC designs its diagnostic tools and SDKs to conform to current upstream W3C specifications and Chrome origin trials, 5tra83r Studios, LLC makes no warranties regarding upstream specification changes or decisions made by third-party browser vendors (e.g., Google, Microsoft, Apple, Anthropic, or OpenAI).

The services, scoring algorithms, and audit reports provided by 5tra83r Studios, LLC are offered "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall 5tra83r Studios, LLC or its members be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use this software.
