1. Our Core Privacy Promise

At 5tra83r Studios LLC., we architected Uncapped around a non-negotiable premise: privacy and AI productivity must never be mutually exclusive.

✓ Zero Cloud Inspection: Credential matching and PII redaction occur strictly on your physical iPhone hardware before any prompt leaves the device.
✓ No Accounts Required: We do not ask for your email, phone number, or passwords.
✓ Zero Model Training: Neither 5tra83r Studios LLC. nor our commercial enterprise API partners train AI models on your prompts.

2. On-Device Privacy Shield (Zero-Leak Technology)

How We Protect You Before the Wire

When you paste or type into Uncapped, our high-speed engine scans text locally. Sensitive patterns—including OpenAI, AWS, and Stripe API keys, authentication tokens, email addresses, phone numbers, and financial details—are immediately masked into sanitized placeholders (e.g. [REDACTED_API_KEY]). Remote servers never receive your raw secrets.

Redaction Lifecycle

  1. Pre-flight Regex Interception: Deterministic pattern matchers execute entirely in device memory.
  2. Sanitized Payload Generation: Only scrubbed text is passed to outbound network streams.
  3. Immediate Memory Purge: Raw extracted secrets are discarded immediately after sanitization; they are never written to disk, saved in logs, or cached in analytics.

3. Data Collection, Storage, and Retention

What We Never Collect

  • No personal identity information (name, address, national ID numbers).
  • No access to device contacts, photos, microphones (unless voice input is actively invoked), or location services.
  • No behavioral cross-app tracking identifiers (IDFA).

What Remains Locally on Your Device

  • Chat History & Token Ledger: Stored securely in your device's local application container sandbox.
  • Free Shield Balance: Stored on-device in application settings.
  • You can erase all stored chats and tokens at any time via Settings > Clear Local History.

4. AI Provider Endpoints & Processing

Uncapped dynamically orchestrates prompts through commercial enterprise APIs provided by Google Cloud (Gemini), Anthropic (Claude), and OpenAI (GPT-4o).

  • Enterprise API Guarantees: These providers operate under business terms confirming that API transmissions are encrypted via TLS 1.3, are not used to train foundation models, and are stored only temporarily for security verification.
  • Custom API Keys: If you supply your own API keys in Settings, your keys are held in the iOS secure store and dispatched only to the corresponding service provider.

5. In-App Purchases (StoreKit)

Uncapped offers an optional one-time purchase: Lifetime Pro Shield ($4.99 USD).

  • All financial processing is handled exclusively by Apple via the App Store (StoreKit).
  • 5tra83r Studios LLC. never sees, receives, or stores your credit card numbers or billing details. Apple provides only an anonymous cryptographic receipt to validate your purchase.

6. Analytics & Third-Party Services

Uncapped includes no third-party ad networks and no marketing tracking SDKs.

Optional crash reports submitted through Apple's standard iOS diagnostic reporting contain only system-level symbolicated stack traces and never contain prompt contents or redacted secrets.

7. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA/CPRA)

Because Uncapped does not maintain user databases or cloud user accounts, your entire data footprint is located exclusively on your personal iPhone.

  • Right of Access & Portability: View and copy your data directly in the app at any time.
  • Right to Erasure: Tap "Clear Local History" in Settings or uninstall the app to permanently destroy all stored application data.
  • We Do Not Sell or Share Personal Information: We do not sell, rent, or trade your data under any circumstances.
