Please read these terms carefully before downloading, installing, or using Uncapped.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Uncapped mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Service Description
Uncapped is an AI productivity utility designed to provide continuous multi-model language processing without 5-hour rate limits, supported by an on-device privacy interceptor ("Shield") and AST syntax compressor.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Uncapped solely for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Transmit, solicit, or generate unlawful, abusive, harassing, or defamatory materials.
- Intentionally attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or bypass on-device safety filters or integrated third-party model safeguards.
- Conduct denial-of-service attacks or abusive automated API scraping through the service.
4. AI Output & Shield Disclaimers
Uncapped coordinates responses via third-party artificial intelligence engines (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI). AI-generated outputs are probabilistic and may contain inaccuracies. You remain solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content prior to production use.
On-Device Shield: The Privacy Shield is an automated security layer utilizing standard regex expressions. While highly effective against common secrets (API keys, credentials, emails), no automated tool can guarantee detection of 100% of obscure or custom confidential formats. Users remain responsible for their enterprise security governance.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
You retain full ownership in and to the prompts you enter and the generated output text, subject to applicable third-party model licenses. The Uncapped brand, user interface design, logo, and proprietary application code are the exclusive property of 5tra83r Studios LLC.
6. Purchases & In-App Billing
Uncapped offers an optional one-time purchase: Lifetime Pro Shield ($4.99 USD).
- All transactions are processed directly by Apple through StoreKit.
- Purchases can be restored on any authorized device via the in-app Settings screen.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 5TRA83R STUDIOS LLC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE APP IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS (OR $50.00 USD).
